Evaluation

The evaluation portion cements the process as a 
fully comprehensive and circular 
marketing plan.

This phase could include a discussion on:
- Metrics
-Contingency

            I plan on surveying customers and potentially paying apps to have a pop-up survey appear on users’ feeds asking questions about our app. One example of this would be having an add pop up on Instagram asking if the user has heard about the IUI Campus Health App and would give a yes, no, or not sure button for them to click. We can also send out surveys after someone downloads an app and ask just a few questions about where they heard about this app or first saw it. We could also ask why they chose to download the app as well as if they are enjoying their experience and if there was something missing that they wanted to see or use in the app. We will also track patient volume and how many people have downloaded the app. If things with the app don’t go as planned, I can try to figure out what the root cause could be a focus on fixing that. If I’m not able to figure that out, I can tweak my marketing plan and how I advertise the app first to see if that helps with app downloads or other unpredicted issues.
